Our on-boarding process is quick and simple - all we need to get started is some basic information about your business, your site, and a way for us to take payment. As soon as we have that you’ll be ready to book!
Our customers have access to both the simple Baristas on Tap iOS and Android apps, as well as a desktop version with more in-depth features such as creating batches of shifts, and managing mulitple sites and users.
We’ve worked hard to make creating shifts as intuitive as possible - so as soon as you’ve filled out some basic information about the shift, it gets pushed out to our network of talented baristas.
Once your shift has been taken, it’s simply a matter of waiting until it starts!
You’re more than welcome to reach out to the Barista prior (contact details are released the day before the shift date),
but there’s no need. Our Baristas are onboarded, vetted and trained to be able to handle a variety of environments so
there’s no need to worry! If you’re not going to be onsite, we recommend briefing your team, to ensure no nasty surprises!
If there is any information you need to relay to the barista, for example access instructions or uniform,
simply pop that into your ‘site info’ notes when pushing out shifts and baristas will see this before they accept.
Baristas arrive promptly to their shifts ready to get stuck in and make some great coffee on behalf of your business.
If it’s their first time at the location, it’s always good to give them a once over of everything they may need to know.
This varies dependent on the site, but may include:
- Floor layout (if having to deliver drinks to table)
- Cup sizes and respective beverages
- Storage (e.g where to get more takeaway packaging, refills, etc.)
